The payment intermediary Zimpler, together with the bank, will refund the payments as soon as the bank provides the necessary information. The estimated duration is 3 banking days from now. As a customer, you do not need to take any action. The money will be refunded automatically. No separate contact is necessary. We deeply apologize for the duration of this issue.
