If you are unable to set your withdrawal account, first make sure of the following:
- The withdrawal account is your own personal Finnish checking account.
- The account number is written continuously without spaces in the format FI12345...

The account is active
If setting the account number does not work, try withdrawing using Siirto. Please note that Siirto must first be activated through your bank.
If Siirto also does not work, if possible, try withdrawing to another one of your own bank accounts. In case of problems, please contact customer service with your account number.
Exceptions:
Using a joint account (a shared account between spouses) is possible in some situations; in such cases, please contact customer service first.
Please note that special accounts, such as loan repayment, savings, and book-entry accounts, have restrictions on transfers.
