If you are unable to set your withdrawal account, first check the following:
- The withdrawal account is your own personal Finnish current account.
- The account is entered without spaces in the format FI12345...

The account is active
If setting the account number does not work, also try making a withdrawal using Siirto. Please note that Siirto must first be activated through your bank.
If Siirto does not work either, try making a withdrawal to another bank account of your own, if possible. In case of problems, contact customer service and provide the account number.
Exceptions:
If you live in Finland, you can use a joint bank account of which you are an official owner. Having authorization to use another person's account is not sufficient. The same bank account can only be linked to one active gaming account.
Please note that special accounts, such as loan repayment, savings, and securities accounts, have restrictions on transfers.
