Freezing a game category means pausing one or multiple different game categories simultaneously.
The time options are:
- 24 hours
- 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 weeks
The different game groups are:
- Casino (slot games) & Video poker
- Bingo & Online scratch cards
- Live casino & Table games
- Poker
- Sports betting, Fantasy Sports & Jackpot bets
Please note that a set freeze cannot be removed in advance (customer service cannot assist with this matter).
