The loss limit is a mandatory tool for all our players. It helps you keep track of how much you spend on gaming.
You set your loss limit when you make your first deposit. You can change it later if you want. If you raise the limit, the change takes effect after 7 days. Removing the limit completely is not possible.
Customer support cannot raise or remove limits for you, so please take a moment to consider the right level for your loss limit.
- Daily and monthly loss limits are mandatory.
- The limit is calculated by subtracting your winnings from the total amount you have spent (e.g. bets and stakes).
- You can see your current status and how much remains before you reach your limit.
