You can change your bingo nickname by contacting customer service. In the bingo chat, you chat with other players under your nickname, so no one can identify you.
When you want to change your nickname, include three suggestions for a new nickname in your message.
Nickname rules:
- Must not be the same as your username
- Must not contain the word "Paf"
- May only contain letters and numbers
- Length: 5–16 characters
- Must not be offensive to others
- The nickname can be changed at most once every two weeks
