Technical problems in the app
Technical problems are often caused by a temporary glitch that resolves itself. These can include, for example:
- A game does not open.
- You cannot change the stake in a game.
- The game view displays incorrectly, or games are slow.
- In betting, the odds are hidden or in the wrong column.
Try these in order:
- Restart your device and test if the problem happens again.
- Check that the app is updated to the latest version.
- Delete the app and reinstall it.
- Try playing via the browser. This shows whether the problem is in the app or somewhere else.
If the problem continues after this, contact customer service by email or chat. If possible, attach a screenshot of the situation and the app's version number. You can find the version number on the app's front page under About us, at the bottom of the page.
