If you run into problems on our gaming site, we need more information about the device you are using so we can look into the problem.
Send us the following details:
- Device name and model
- Operating system version (software version)
- If you use a browser, also the browser name and version
- If you use the Paf app, also the exact app version
Take a screenshot of your device settings where the device model information is shown. Also send a picture of the error message and a short description of what happened.
