Why haven't I received a Green Gaming reward?

To receive Green Gaming Reward, the player must meet the following conditions:

  • The player must have an active gaming account
  • Losses during the most recent week (from Wednesday at 00:00 to Tuesday at 23:59)
  • Deposits are not included in the Green Gaming reward calculation; it is determined by net losses (winnings minus stakes) during the refund week.
  • You have allowed receiving both emails and personalized messages from Paf.fi You can update the settings from the gaming account profile under communications. (Allow Pafi to use my data for sending personalized messages.) must be enabled.
  • Made at least one approved deposit after registering the gaming account
     
  • Players who have lost more than €2,000 in the last 90 days do not receive Green Gaming reward or other similar offers. We chose this level because it supports Paf long-term goal to promote responsible gaming. Green Gaming reward and other benefits are automatically activated when the loss level drops below €2,000 / 90 days.
  • If you have set gaming groups for yourself or have gaming groups blocked during the refund week, please contact customer service.
  • Poker (excluding video poker), jackpot bets, and Fantasy Sports are not included in the calculation.

Please note that you cannot see the exact real net loss in the gaming account summary, as it shows stakes, winnings, and received benefits. Green Gaming is calculated from actual net losses (winnings minus stakes). You can check the amount with customer service after 4:00 PM on Wednesday if needed.
